It is only disrepectful to flirt if the woman is married. Flirting is how you show a woman you like her without looking boring. Or maybe you come from a family who believes in arranged marriages.Is it considered disrespectful for men to flirt with women?
I would say it depends on how the man flirts with a women, if it is rude and distasteful then yes, if it is in a way that has innocense to it and shows genuine concern and respect for the woman then maybe not so bad.
No way women love it just as much as men do. And you are giving her the attention, there is nothing wrong with flirting.
