He could have the Tiger Woods complex and there is no future in that. If you were married and your husband was flirting with other women, wouldn't you hope these women would say no to him so you don't lose your husband to them. Also, if he is willing to cheat on his wife and not get divorced or separated then he would most likely cheat on you eventually. Depends what he is doing and saying. I have full control over the outcome and I'm not going to do anything with a married man. I flirt back if it is harmless, if he is being nasty I would probably say something like; '; don't make me puke';.
Tell him to back off, he's married. Don't go that route unless you're willing to face and deal with the consequences, or unless you can go to bed at night with a clear conscience.
Smile and ask him about his wife. Anything he says, turn it into something about his wife. If he doesn't get the message after a few times, then it's time to tell him that he's not your type, you know, single. Firmly.
Ignore it or tell him youre not interested b/c hes married.

How serious is the flirting? If it gets serious I would tell his wife; make it clear that you are not interested in him. He is not available, don't forget that part.
