Is our superior who is an old man flirting with young girls? The old man is married and he is a grandfather. Immediately next to his office he has six young ladies[few are married.]. Recently the old man's wife visited our workplace for the first time and asked for one of these ladies who is slim, fair, etc. How did she know that this lady is slim, fair, etc without even seeing her? It is disgusting to think that this old man is flirting with young girls. He seems to enjoy the company of these ladies. I miraculoulsly escaped unhurt in a fatal accident. Some of my friends told me that God has saved me to do good work. I am still not hundred percent sure that this old man is flirting with the young ladies. This old man is a Ph.D. In other countries Ph.D. people run their states but here this is the situation. Should I just ignore this matter saying such things are common? Ironically, the young ladies are educated. God has saved me. I don't want to bother about others.Is our superior who is an old man flirting with young girls?

I'm sure the women are annoyed by it. It is sexual harassment, and he does it deliberately to dominate them and still holds a flicker of hope that he will get lucky. It's not happening to you, so there's really nothing you can do. They need to do something if they want it to stop. They probably blow it off because of his age. I think it matters more what these women think. If they feel objectified, harassed, or anything of the sort, take this guy to the wall. It's one of the worst injustices that women face today.

Sounds like a big fat MYOFB to me. Just because you were lucky in an accident doesn't give you the license to butt into anyone else's business unless asked. When these young ladies come and ask you for help, this will be the time to look into it.

I think you need to speak to someone to help you get all this stuff off your chest. Sounds like all are adults. And should be able to handle themselves. What others do with their lives shouldnt concern you. Concentrate on helping those who WISH to be helped.
